Every meaningful change to Helmswell — new surfaces, model wiring, integrations, on-call defaults — lands here first. New entries go up roughly every other week; older releases live further down the timeline.
- i18n
i18n keys landed for /faq, /contact, and the changelog hero
Marketing pages now read from messages/en.json and messages/es.json so localisation is a content push, not a refactor. Locale switching ships with the cookie flag and is sourced once per render.
- Billing
Stripe checkout wiring landed
Hosted checkout is live for subscription tiers via the stripe-billing module. /payment/success verifies the session server-side; no Stripe SDK or secret in repo, no webhook endpoint to babysit.
- Integrations
Integrations catalog ships at /app/integrations
MDM (Intune, Jamf), identity, billing, and ticketing connectors are now wired end-to-end. The page is auth-gated — visitors see a tailored empty state and the list itself stays behind requireAuth().
- On-call
AI alert-triage summary rolled into the on-call view
The escalation view now surfaces a plain-language summary of the last 90 days of incidents and agent-side decisions, generated on demand by our tuned on-call analyst agent.
- Knowledge
First /learn knowledge-base guides published
Right-sizing AWS spend and The sub-100-seat IT-ops audit are now live. Each guide is reviewed by a Helmswell engineer before publishing and maps to an agent in the operations mesh.
